Overwhelmed? Try this exercise..

It’s easy to tip into overwhelm when you are self-employed or running a business.
Not only are you a creator, but you are probably the office manager, marketing department and chief tea maker! Wearing so many hats can be demanding on the brain and can lead to feeling depleted.

The worst thing you can do at these moments is to make a decision. When we are stressed, we are more likely to buy things that we don’t need, eat foods that make our energy worse and develop a short fuse with those we love.
