I am a cross between a business, career, life coach with a focus on creativity and communication skills. I’m also trained as a somatic coach, so my skills range from the personal, business practical to the emotional.
I have worked as a musician, broadcast journalist and in PR and so I have experience in many different creative industries. I’ve also run a business for 20 years and coached leaders of business around the world.
What makes me unique is that I help creatives to be more business savvy and business professionals to be more creative.
When we work together, we will look at all aspects of your career, business and life to make sure you are aligned with your purpose and values. We will create a plan to ensure that you are going in the right direction and put accountability into place to make it happen.

As a leadership and personal impact coach, I can help you develop resilience, develop emotional intelligence and speak to inspire. I have helped hundreds of people to create a TED style talk and raise their profile.
There is a crossover and coaching can work at a very deep level. Coaching can unlock deep emotions at times as making changes can be met with resistance. As a trained somatic coach, I hold space sensitively for moments where you may face anxiety or self-doubt. We’ll work together to explore the deeper barriers to confidence and find resources to help you feel more powerful and resilient.
When emotions come up, this is normally a sign that the coaching is working and working in partnership can be a supportive way to process these moments. Through connecting with our emotions that we are able to make the biggest shifts.
My coaching is aimed at both creative professionals, artists, performers and business professionals. My real passion is working with people who want to be bolder and creative about living life on their own terms. If you are passionate and driven, then we will probably get on really well! I have helped chefs, yoga teachers, lawyers, coaches, MPs and my goal is always the same. To support you to live the life that’s most aligned with your values.
Coaching is a process and the journey is as much about discovery and learning as it is about achieving goals. In my experience, coaching is a powerful process for unlocking new insights and this can create change at a deep level. Sometimes people discover that what they thought they wanted is different to what they thought, but it can still illuminate what’s important.
I only take on people who I think are a good match and are committed to the process. That’s why I offer a free 30 minute consultation with no obligation to go ahead.
On the journey – I build in a framework to facilitate open communication, which ensures that any issues or potential problems are raised throughout the coaching journey. This is part of the training and can help clients learn how to be more assertive and ask for what they need.
On rare occasions I have found that a client hasn’t been a good fit for the coaching, so if this happens I will suggest a conversation to try and put things right. If we both agree that the coaching is not going to work, then I am happy to end the coaching contract early as my priority is to help clients get results.
