You’re here to change things.
So why isn’t it happening yet?
You want to make a difference. You want your work to matter, but you feel like you're hitting a brick wall.
Do any of these sound like you?
- You’re a natural change-maker who can’t get the decision-makers to listen
- You’re stuck in work that’s not playing to your strengths, while your real work gathers dust
- You’re blazing a trail but the world isn’t ready for your ideas yet
- You know exactly the impact you want to have but you’re stuck in self-doubt and procrastination
- You’re sitting on ideas that could genuinely shift things and you’re not sure where to start
If you said yes, I get it. And I can help.
I work with change-makers, idealists, creatives and leaders. I help you get clear on who you are and what you’re here to do, and step into a bolder, more visible version of yourself so your work can have the impact it deserves.
Who I work with
The people I work best with tend to share a handful of things:
- They have a desire to make a difference and the tenacity to pursue what matters to them, even if the path
ahead isn’t yet clear. - They feel like the odd one out in the rooms they’re in. Their values, creativity or depth don’t quite fit the
culture around them - They’re frustrated that people in positions of influence aren’t getting behind their ideas
- They know their work is strong but struggle to communicate it in a way that moves people to act
- They want more confidence, but not at the expense of who they actually are
Some are stepping into leadership and want their presence to match their ambition. Some are established leaders who have lost their footing in a culture that doesn’t value what they bring. Some have achieved a great deal and are quietly asking what comes next. All of them are ready to stop being held back.
Wherever you are, this work starts in the same place: with you, and with what you’re actually here to do.
Every coaching relationship is built around you – your goals, your blockers, your unique brilliance. But across everything I do, the intention is the same: to help you realise your potential, communicate with the kind of authority that galvanises others, and blaze the trail you’re here to blaze.
Clarity, Leadership Identity and Vision
Know who you are. Know what you stand for. Know where you’re going.
This is the foundation. Without it, even the most talented people end up reacting rather than leading.
We do the deep work of defining your leadership identity: your values, your strengths, the experiences that have shaped you, and the vision that drives you. Not as a polished statement for your LinkedIn profile, but as a lived, felt, unshakeable sense of who you are and what you’re here to do.
When that’s clear, everything changes. Decisions get easier. Your message gets sharper. You stop trying to fit in and start leading from your own ground.
Executive Presence
Communicate with the authority and authenticity that makes people want to follow you.
Presence isn’t about being the most polished person in the room. It’s about being the most grounded. The most real. The person whose ideas land because they’re delivered with conviction, not just competence.
This is where somatic work comes in. Most coaching focuses on what you say and how you say it. My approach goes deeper, working with your nervous system, your breath and your body, so that confidence isn’t something you perform but something you feel. Something you can access when you need it most.
We work on both dimensions: the internal tools that keep you grounded under pressure, and the authentic style that builds trust with the people you need to reach.
Strategic Networking and Influence
Build the relationships that will unlock your vision – on your own terms.
The most important changes don’t happen through brilliant ideas alone. They happen when the right people get behind those ideas.
For change-makers, this is often the hardest part. Networking can feel transactional and deeply at odds with the direct, values-driven way you want to operate. But building strategic relationships in a way that feels like you is a skill, not a personality trait.
We’ll get clear on who you need to influence and why, and build a strategy for gaining trust and credibility with the decision-makers who currently aren’t listening.

What the journey looks like
This is not a quick fix. It is a genuine investment in who you are as a leader and communicator, and in the impact you are here to make.
We’ll typically work together over three to six months. You’ll be challenged to think longer term, pushed to take action rather than perfect your thinking endlessly, and supported to develop the confidence and tools to get where you actually want to go.
The goal isn’t just to feel better. It’s to be more effective, more visible, and more able to make the difference you’re here to make.

“If I hadn’t worked with Nicky this year, there’s no way I would have had the success I’ve had. She gave me the confidence to plan and launch my own projects, including an EP and encouraged me to increase my prices. I now do much more meaningful work, feel more at ease making money and always prioritise my own creative work.”

“Working with Nicky has been a life-changing experience. She helped me to understand what defines me as a person and an artist. The most important lesson has been to enjoy the journey rather than focus on the end result. Since working with Nicky I’ve understood that whatever I wanted was right there in my life already, I just had to see it. Nicky has helped me become a happier person and find the magic that made me love my creative practice in the first place. ”
